12WBT - Week Twelve

Well today marks the final day of 12WBT - I can't believe it's been twelve weeks, it has absolutely flown by! My weigh in today was a horrible 83.4Kg (I have miraculously managed to put on two kilos since last week... WTF?)

So whilst I am upset over my weight... I was hoping to be ready to kick 80's butt and enter the 70s range... I am overall happy with the change in my physique. I have lost 39cm on my body overall:

AREA                START                   FINISH
Chest                    102cm                     93.5cm
Waist                      81cm                     75cm
Hips                      107cm                    102cm
Left Thigh                71cm                      64cm
Right Thigh               70cm                     64cm
Left Arm                   33cm                     30cm
Right Arm                 33cm                     29.5cm

I am still rather fleshy in some areas, so I'm going to concentrate on thighs and stomach some more and hope this leads to greater success with my weight. Also, there is only just over two weeks left until Stuart and I do The Stampede - so hopefully getting myself ready for this plus the course will shed a few kilos!!

Lots of Love,
Chantal

  1. Dude, your stomach looks awesome, and your boobs are perkier! I've been going to the gym for about 4 months now and not a bit of change. I know I don't really need to lose weight but wanted to get some muscle and a better metabolism and more fitness but no change in any areas whatsoever. I'm disappointed too in my efforts but I heard that it takes from 4-6 months for your body to really start to show changes. So, I'll give it another few months and then, if no change, fuck this shit, I'm gonna eat chocolate and sit on the couch instead :P

  2. Thanks Erin. I jumped on the scales again today and was 80.6kg - fricken so delighted with myself!! I'm sure you've been eating well - maybe just sit ups and push ups to start? x
